Why Do You Need No Objection Letter in Nepal ?

A study abroad program requires you to complete a number of procedures and obtain a number of documents. In contrast to your home country, the payment must be made before a visa application is submitted. In order to accomplish this without any disruption, NOC is needed. It provides the option to pay international colleges in their own currency, as specified by the NOC.

How to get your NOC in Nepal ?

You can get the application form from the MOET( Ministry of Education, Science and Technology) website, or obtain it at the MOEST office which is located in Sanothimi, Bhaktapur.
After paying the NRS 2000 fees, pick up your NOC document.

The documents needed for a NOC varies depending on the course or program you plan to enroll in. Here is a comprehensive list of the documentation needed for each program.

For Engineering Student

In order to get admission into an engineering college student should have the following background. 10+2 level (equivalent ) with minimum GPA of 2.4, minimum grade of C+ each in physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or minimum of grade C in remaining subjects. Minimum 50% in aggregate and minimum 50 % aggregate physics, chemistry and mathematics. Students who have passed Grade 11 and are waiting Grade 12 results can also apply on a provisional basis.

For Language Course ?

Student applying for language course must have an additional academic course and should apply for both (language and Academic courses) in order to get NOC Except Japan.
